PROFILE:

My approach of Breathwork is for people to develop self-acceptance and self-love through gentleness and kindness, so that they can transform they life and be happy and free.

I trained as a Rebirther in Venezuela with Viola Edward in 1995 and have been working with the Breath since, facilitating individual and group sessions in the UK and abroad. 

In 2010, together with Doug Sawyer, I created the AIR School of Breathwork (or Avalon Institute of Rebirthing as it was called then), a comprehensive breathwork training that is recognised by the British Rebirth Society, the Global Professional Breathwork alliance (www.breathworkalliance.com) and the International Breathwork Foundation (www.ibfbreathwork.org). Between 2008 and 2012, I was the President of the International Breathwork Foundation (IBF). I then successfully lead the project of bringing breathwork to the UN by IBF being granted Special Consultative Status by the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC) in 2016. Within the IBF I later developed a Conscious Breathing for Trauma Recovery programme especially directed at the refugees in the world.

In my practice as well as in the school training programmes, I am passionate about creating a space of complete safety and acceptance for everyone to experience who they really are. I see Rebirthing Breathwork as a precious tool along the path of self-realisation and am keen to train as many practitioners as possible in this very rewarding and life changing profession. 

I am also a keen walker of pilgrim routes and an artist.
