PROFILE:

John Paul is a rebirthing breathwork practitioner based in Perthshire, Scotland, He trained with the Avalon Institute of Rebirthing. Prior to becoming a rebirther his professional life included environmental consultancy and seven years running an outdoor tour and events company. His practice is based in  Perthsire.

What I offer:

I offer a way for individuals to address and work through life issues such as: physical complaints; sleep problems; low self esteem; emotional difficulties and the impacts of trauma and abuse. I also work with those using the process as means of spiritual enquiry and for deeper self knowledge. This work is ideal if you have an issue that up till now has been difficult to shift.

I provide one-one sessions and personal Breathwork retreats in Comrie, Perthshire (Scotland) where you can give yourself time and space to relax in a wonderful environment whilst engaging in a highly supported process to enable deep change. I also run regular group workshops throughout Scotland and occasional group retreats. Skype sessions available to those too far away to make it in person.
