PROFILE:
I am a registered Rebirthing Breathwork and Liberation Breathing Practitioner, facilitating private and group sessions in and around Bournemouth in Dorset and Hampshire area. I am passionate about connecting with the Inner Self through Conscious Breath. I have been in the field of self discovery through Breath since 2012, and my life has changed incredibly since then. I love to share my passion with clients and guide them to find the power of their own Breath.
What practicing Conscious Breathing gave me was mainly joy and softness, more aliveness, better health and more energy, more connection with self and others, confidence, presence and just happier, easier, more relaxed life. I would love that for everyone who is calling for it.
I've trained with many amazing masters, including the founder of Rebirthing - Leonard Orr, Katia Boustani, Dan Brule, Anthony Abbagnano and my training extends to every day of my life. However I consider Sondra Ray my main and most loved teacher. Her wisdom inspired me incredibly in the last few years and I worked and organised for her for many years.
