Hello! I guess if you are looking here, you are interested in finding a rebirther. I am a down to earth, empathic and intuitive practitioner. I bring together 8 years experience as a rebirther/breath practitioner, 13 years as a counsellor/psychotherapist MBACP (accred), and over 20 years as a celtic shamanic healer with clairvoyant skills. When i work with someone, we go on a journey of healing, discovery and change. I may use a variety of things to support our breathwork; creative arts based techniques, understanding from psychotherapy and neuroscience, coaching drawn from a previous management background, and/or grounding and spiritual support. My practice is holistic and embraces and respects all faiths and beliefs. Each client is individual and unique - so is each rebirthing-breath session.
I work with a diverse range of clients and challenges to resolve. These may include; issues from the past, trauma, abuse, relationships, family issues, stress and ptsd, health issues - including pain management, and self esteem and confidence. Breathwork is very benefificial for pregnancy and childbirth. Other clients may wish to explore or enhance their spiritual and psychic awareness. What I Offer:
1-1 rebirthing/breathwork sessions for adults
1-1 and dyadic sessions (with a parent/carer) for adolescents and children.
Supervision and consultation for rebirth practitioners and other professionals - this can be arranged face to face, telephone or via email support.
I also offer psychotherapy/counselling, play and expressive arts based therapy for children, and Shamanic healing and journeying sessions.
I am also interested in exploring research opportunities using the breath - let me know if you have a project in mind.
