Profile:
I am a healer in various guises: rebirther/breath worker, qualified and experienced counsellor/psychotherapist, creative therapist working with traumatised children in the NHS,and Celtic shamanic healer (of 18 years). I am also a singer and interested in the creative arts as a source of healing and personal growth. I am a mother of (soon to be) 3 children and this adds an archetypal maternal energy of holding, compassion, and loving nurturing. Clients comment on the safety, trust, and grounded support they feel, combined with my sensitive and intuitive approach. I also occassionally write and run workshops.

What I Offer:
Integrated breath/rebirthing sessions for adults and adolescents/children. Support with issues ranging from trauma and abuse,to relationships, support with pregnancy, birth and family issues (inc. adoption), support during illness and convalescence, stress and PTS, confidence and self esteem, issues related to spiritual and psychic opening,opening up to play, joy and inner child, etc
