Profile:
Having worked in British Airways for twenty years, and then as an organisational development consultant for a further fourteen years, I set up The Human Energy Centre in 2003 with the intention to support organisations and individuals to experience their own energy patterns and release their full potential as creative, responsible human beings. Working with the breath, both with individuals and groups, is now a key part of my work. I run my practice from Winchester and on the Gower in South Wales.

What I Offer:
Individual transformational breathwork sessions and from time to time I set up a closed group over a three month period with one evening session every two weeks.
I now work with Christina Artemis from the Artemis Theatre in Bournemouth and we are running Transformational Theatre and Breathmastery Workshops nr Swansea South Wales
