I have a Diploma in Integrative Breath Therapy and Transformational Healing as well as being a Practitioner Member of the BRS.
I believe Breathwork to be a wonderful way of gently accessing and healing the hurts and traumas stored in our unconscious.
I am also an Astrologer specialising in the Transpersonal aspects in the Birth Chart. I believe that Astrology complements Breathwork beautifully as it gives insight into the client's life purpose and the issues that are arising at the present time.
As an Environmentalist I strongly believe that Personal Transformation leads to Planetary Transformation. The work we do on ourselve benefits everyone as well as the Planet.
I also run an ongoing Breath Support Group.
What I Offer:
Breathwork Sessions with the option of an Astrological reading.
10 sessions are recommended to work through a major issue and if Astrology is included the 10th session is free of charge.
Ongoing Breath of Life Group Support Sessions held every other Friday evening in Sutton Green Village Hall, near Guildford.
