Profile:
Pat has been working for many years in the area of personal growth and counselling. Prior to this she worked in mainstream business, latterly as a director of a manufacturing and engineering company.

In 1994 she completed Binnie A. Dansby's four year Source Process & Breathwork training, going on to organise and promote this programme with Binnie for four years. During this time she also gained wider experience by supporting and supervising similar training programmes in the UK and Europe. Pat is a member of the British Rebirther Society.

Pat has also trained as a Birth Guide Doula with Birth & Bonding International.

Pat's interest in birth began soon after the birth of her son who was born in 1990. Realising that her body had known exactly what to do, despite the use of technology and a hospital birth, she began to question some commonly held beliefs about birth and the use of medical intervention.

Pat's natural warmth and humour, as well as her focus of attention on love and acceptance, support those around her to transform and enrich their lives.








What I Offer:
The form of breathwork that I trained in is called 'Source Process & Breathwork' which is a gentle way to transform your life by healing your birth.

How many sessions do I need? You decide how many breathwork sessions you want to experience. At least 10 sessions are recommended to successfully integrate conscious, life-enhancing ways of thinking, breathing and being. I have found that a commitment to a number of sessions provides that structure of safety and support which we all need in order to facilitate our healing.

I currently see individual clients for breathwork and counselling sessions and support families during pregnancy and birth. I also facilitate my own groups in both breathwork and personal growth and ecstatic birth preparation classes.
