Profile:
I have been present to the breath since 2001 when breath work 'found me'. I have trained with The Artemis Foundation (UK), Source Seminars (USA)and Integrative Processing (USA).

I am also an Emotional Clearing Facilitator, trained by John Ruskan and offers 1:1 telephone sessions which are higly effect.

My work also includes life coaching, and I work extensively with issues relating to learning and physically disabilites, birth, loss, self-expression and confidence, addictions and spiritual connection. A keen advocate of working with the creative self through drama, dance and voice as therpay, I run trainings and work shops for breathwork and transformational processes.
The essence of my work is to continually take personal responsibilty and connect with the authentic self.

What I Offer:
One to one private breathwork sessions and group work in the form of workshops and trainings. Telephone Emotional Clearing sessions and transformational life coaching. I also work with pregnant or would-be mothers, couples and members of the health care profession.

I am available to work in many locations through Surrey, London, Dorset and further afield.
