Profile:
I began rebirthing in 2002, completing my Rebirther training in 2003. My understanding and awareness of the breath has continued to deepen with regular trainings, including a 9 day training with Leonard Orr, the founder of Rebirthing Breathwork. I am currently Membership Secretary of the British Rebirth Society.

What I Offer:
My rebirthing space is in Gnosall near Stafford where I offer one-to-one sessions. I am also working towards certification as a PeakState therapist and starting to work with clients in this amazing new healing modality.
