Profile:
I began rebirthing in 2002, completing my Rebirther training in 2003. It changed my life! My understanding and awareness of the breath has continued to deepen with regular trainings, including 9 days with Leonard Orr, the founder of Rebirthing Breathwork. I am a Practitioner Member of the British Rebirth Society and currently serve as its Minutetaker and Meetings Convenor.

What I Offer:
My rebirthing space is in Westhope which is 4 miles outside Craven Arms in South Shropshire. Here I offer one-to-one sessions using breathwork to access and heal individual traumas and experience a greater sense of peace and joy in everyday life. I have also done some training in PeakState therapy and incorporate some of these trauma healing techniques into my work where appropriate.
