My journey with Rebirthing Breathwork began in January 2000.
Having been in psychotherapy for many years, I was searching for a way of working that would give me the time, space and support to work at a much deeper level.
Rebirthing meets that need beautifully!
Sometimes called Conscious or Intuitive energy breathing, one of the things that I love about Rebirthing is that it is holistic, working with the mind,the body and the soul.
I am inspired to offer rebirthing sessions after experiencing profound transformation and healing in my own life.
Simple spiritual purification practices are an important part of my daily routine and have significantly enhanced the quality of my life.
For this reason I am passionate about guiding and supporting people in finding the spiritual practices that work for them in their lives and supporting them in developing a daily practice.
Leonard Orr, the founder of Rebirthing Breathwork says,
" A spiritual purification technique is a simple practice that we can do every day that cleans our energy body and makes us feel better. It gives us better energy and enables us to feel peace, joy and to be more creative. It also keeps the physical body healthy and makes the body a more responsive and pleasurable place to be."
We are all naturally divine.

In other words, developing enough habits of spiritual purification so that we feel our Divine Nature every day, making us feel loving, creative and productive. The daily spiritual practices with earth(good diet, food mastery, and excersise);water(bathing);air(conscious breathing);Fire(sitting with it);and meditation renew our divine energy."
My first Rebirther training was in 2001/2002 with David and Gilly Montgomery.This was followed by a one year advanced training. In September 2007 I completed a 9 day training with Leonard Orr, the founder of Rebirthing Breathwork.
I am committed to ongoing professional and personal development and will be taking a 30 day rebirther training in Germany starting Jan 2008 with Heike Strombach, an international trainer and co-worker with Leonard Orr.
I am a student at Revision, the centre for Integrative Psychosynthesis in London where I am training in Transpersonal Counselling and Psychotherapy.
What I Offer:
Individual Rebirthing Sessions.
Support and guidance for those wanting to develop a daily spiritual practice.
A fortnightly support group in Enfield for anyone currently working with a rebirther and receiving regular sessions.
