I am pleased to announce that an article has been published in a national magazine "NATURAL HEALTH" (November 2011) written by freelance journalist Jini Reddy about her experience of a rebirthing breathwork session with me . So after reading this page if you want to go deeper I suggest you go to my website and click "magazine article"!! I began having regular rebirthing sessions as a client in 2002. I was impressed by their remarkable, safe and simple effectiveness as a healing process. In 2004 and 2005, I completed two rebirther trainings: Essential Life Skills with David and Gilly Montogomery, and the Professional Rebirther Training with Leonard Orr (the founder of the rebirthing breathwork movement)in America. I still practise the cleansing and clearing techiques taught on these trainings on a daily basis.I am also a Traditional Usui Reiki Master Teacher and a Reflexologist and have a Level 3 Diploma in Counselling Skills but rebirthing breathwork remains my passion, both on a personal and professional level.
Prior to becoming a full time Holistic Practitioner in September 2005, my work experience included social work, primary school teaching, gardening and running my own mind, body and spirit shop. I have had a wealth of life experience. I believe that I possess considerable clarity, insight and compassion thanks primarily to my ongoing journey with the breath.

What I Offer:
An initial free consultation is followed by a series of one and a half to two hour rebirthing breathwork sessions at "Upper Branches", my peaceful Healing Centre in Winchester. Throughout the sessions, the issues affecting your complete happiness and wellbeing are unpacked by you in a structured supported and safe space held by me. In essence what I aim to offer is Truth, Simplicity and Love. Sessions cost £70, however reductions can be negotiated by clients who commit to a ten session programme. Increasingly I have clients coming from London, (Waterloo 45 minutes)and can usually offer to pick you up from the station.
