I am a skilled group facilitator,
Leadership and Breathwork trainer,
Transformational Bodyworker- 'Listening Touch',
former merchant banker, and round the world yacht captain.

With 20 years of experience in the field of personal mastery and leadership training I have developed a deep awareness of the patterns of human relationships.

As well as being chairman of the International Breathwork Foundation for 4 years, which has given me a wealth of mediation experience, I founded and run with my wife Gilly our own centre for Breathwork and spiritual practice in Somerset.

I passionately live and love what I teach and bring my whole being into my practice and training.
